Has something gone wrong with the order? Don't worry, we are here to fix it as soon as possible!

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the DISENIART products you received, or the product has arrived defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and we will do our best to investigate and find a solution.

We currently do not accept returns because the products you order are customized and made specifically for each order. They are printed on demand for each order.


In the event that the return proceeds due to a defect in the product, please send the following information to

  • Customer name
  • Email from which the purchase was made
  • Proof or receipt of purchase (payment confirmation email)
  • order number
  • Reason for return
  • Reference number of the items to be returned
  • Photographs of the damaged product and packaging


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a maximum period of 15 days.
